The proposed zoning map amendment seeks to change the district for parcel 30-112, located along Gilman Road in the Town of Lyndon, from Commercial/Industrial District to the Residential Neighborhood District.
This change supports the goals of the Envision Lyndon Municipal Plan and supports the development of housing in the municipality.
