NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH 32V.S.A §4111 THAT THE LISTER’S ON THE 30TH DAY OF JUNE 1011, AT 8:30 AM, WILL MEET AT THE MUNICIPAL OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM, 119 PARK AVE. TO LODGE THE 2022 GRAND LIST ABSTRACT OF ALL PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF APRIL 1, 2022.
On July 14th, 2022 Lister’s will meet to hear appeals of taxpayers aggrieved by actions of the Listers from whom timely notice have been received. To be timely such notice must in writing and received by close of business, July 11, 2022 @ 3:00 pm.
Notice must include contact information.
Unless cause is shown, the contents of said Abstract will, for the tax year 2022 become the Grand List of the Town of Lyndon and of all taxpayers named therein.

Lyndon and Lyndonville Residents
Town of Lyndon and Village of Lyndonville Merger Committee
The Town of Lyndon Selectboard and the Village of Lyndonville Trustees are accepting letters of interest until April 29, 2022, for one Town resident and one Village resident that is interested in serving on a 9-member collaborative panel to help draft a proposed Plan of Merger of the Town of Lyndon and the Village of Lyndonville to be presented at informational meeting(s) to be determined. The panel will be composed of one Selectboard member, one Trustees, the Lyndonville Electric General Manager, the Municipal Administrator, one employee from the Town of Lyndon Highway Department, one employee from the Village of Lyndonville Public Works Department, one Town resident, one Village resident and the ninth participant to be selected by the committee. The successful residents must be able to work collaboratively as part of a group. Participation in this panel will require everyone to spend time reading and understanding past merger documents and attending meetings as set by the committee.
