Apartment Administration/Commercial Business $10.00 per unit Multi-family or commercial business property; owner may request in writing to be not included in sanitation program on basis of providing self-service


The 2018 Sanitation fee, as established by the Solid Waste Ordinance (Chapter 7 of the Lyndon Ordinances) covers the following services:

  • •  Recycling - curbside pickup
  • •  Food Scrap Disposal at the Waste District
  • •  Bulky Weeks held in May and October at the Waste District
  • •  Household Hazardous Waste May and September at the Waste District
  • •  Administrative expenses including the billing and collection of sanitation bills
  • •  Cleanup and enforcement
